Traditional oven (fan assisted): Put the deep-frozen slices on a baking tray (please use baking paper) and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. / Combinated oven: bake at 140 °C/ 280°F with 20 % of humidity and reduced fan speed for 20 - 25 minutes. / Microwave (900W): bake 1 slice for about 2 minutes; wait a few minutes to let the heat spread. / Defrosting time: remove the slices from the packaging and allow to defrost for 5 - 6 hours at room temperature (approx. 20 °C). If desired, heat briefly before serving. Once defrosted do not refreeze and eat within 24 hours.
