The most important ingredient of our success is our staff. That’s why we do everything we can to keep the staff happy and ensure our new colleagues feel at ease right from the start.
All workplaces, meeting rooms and break rooms are light and airy. Our offices are equipped with height-adjustable desks for all our office staff. The workshop and production are located in spacious, light-flooded rooms. Our company roof terrace is a popular place for lunch breaks, especially in the summer months.
Located in the heart of the Nuremberg metropolitan area, our premises have good transport links, with bus stops within walking distance of the firm. Free staff parking is available.
A good work-life balance improves our quality of life. We help you get the balance right by offering 30 days holiday and an overtime account. Our production staff also work 5 days per week, ensuring that every member of staff always has 2 consecutive days off.
Special annual benefit
Every member of staff receives a special annual bonus as well as holiday pay after one year of employment.
We give safety at work top priority. We go far beyond what is required by law and receive regular awards for our efforts (e.g. title of “Award-winning company” from the institution for statutory accident insurance and prevention in the food industry [BGN]).
We offer professional support to staff returning to work after a prolonged period of illness, investing in a dedicated officer.
As a gesture of our gratitude, every member of staff receives a card and a gift on their birthday. We are always coming up with new and interesting ideas.
Every day, a large selection of our pastries is placed in the break room for our staff to enjoy – free of charge, of course.
We like to celebrate our successes together, organising, for example, a big end-of-year party to which our retirees are also invited.
Health and fruit days
Every year, our Health Working Group organises a health day with a wide variety of events, as well as a fruit day every other month.
Approx. twice a day, our production lines are halted to allow our staff to stretch and loosen up. The exercises are directed by our multipliers.
Everyone can take part in selected running events (e.g. SportScheck RUN, Fürther Firmenlauf, etc.) in the region free of charge or join our beach volleyball team.
The "Cycle to Work" scheme
We encourage our staff to cycle to work (or combine cycling with public transport). There are great prizes to be won at our annual summer promotion.
Our company doctor comes to the firm on a regular basis to carry out free health checks. He also holds a flu clinic on site every autumn.
Starting your career
We regularly offer positions to students writing their Bachelor/Masters dissertations as well as internships and roles for student employees.
