SIGEP and SIRHA – a resounding success

The 38th Sigep in Rimini took place from 21.01. – 25.01.2017. The many exhibitors welcomed more than 208,000 visitors to the leading fair for bakery goods which filled an area of around 118,000m². The popularity and importance of this trade fair was demonstrated, above all, by the 3.5% rise in visitors against the year before.
Our exhibition team naturally took along our two most recent innovations. The Vanilla Cream and Chocolate Twister was extremely well received by the mainly Italian audience. The hot and fiery Cream Cheese Hot Pepper Snack was also showered with praise.

The SIRHA took place at the same time in France. Filling an area of 132,000m², the international hospitality and food service event opened its doors to around 208,000 visitors, corresponding to a 10% climb on 2015. Our exhibition team at SIRHA had a highly successful debut at the fair in Lyon. The products from Wolf ButterBack were tasted and greatly appreciated by the visitors. The overall favourites were the Pretzel Triangle, the Greek Spinach Strudel and the Football Round (Raspberry Quark Round).

We are already in the starting blocks for the next trade fairs. In March, we are exhibiting at the “Bakkersvak” in the Netherlands, the “Internorga” in Hamburg and “Bibac Plus” in Belgium.
