We, at Wolf ButterBack KG, Magazinstraße 77, 90763 Fürth, take data protection and the safety of your personal data very seriously. In the following, we explain the kind, purpose and extent of the data collected when you visit the www.butterback.de website.

I. Log Files

When using this website, log files are created on our server, storing specific information arising during use (usage data).
These log files do not include any personal information about our users; they solely provide data that has been isolated from the individual and relates to the usage of our website. The log files are used for analysis and to improve the safety of our pages as well as to identify, analyse and defend against attacks.

II. Cookies

Cookies will be stored on your computer when you use our website. III. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on our website.
Google Analytics is a web tracking and analysing service offered by Google Inc., headquartered in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S.A. („Google“). Google Analytics uses "Cookies" for web analysis. The information compiled by the cookies, relating to your usage of this website, is generally sent to a Google server in the USA where it is stored.  If IP anonymization has been activated on this website (to do so, we use the “anonymizeIP” function provided by Google), your IP address will first be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union and in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google uses the collated information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate usage of this website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to the use of said website and of the internet. The web analysis will remain deactivated insofar as you neither deactivate nor delete the Google add-on. Please ensure that you do not delete the add-on for as long as you wish to opt out of the web analysis.

IV. Contact Form & Newsletter Registration

If you send us an email or message using the contact form, we only collect, store and process your data insofar as this is necessary to process your queries and correspond with you.
If you register for our Newsletter, we collect your data with your consent for the afore-mentioned purposes only. You may withdraw your consent for the future at any time (cf Section VI.) . We will treat the information you give us in compliance with data privacy laws and take all possible measures to protect your data.

V. Links to other websites

Our website contains – clearly recognisable – links to the websites of other companies. We have no influence over the content of such websites. We do not, therefore, accept any responsibility or liability for their content. The suppliers or operators of such websites are responsible for the content of their pages. At the time the link was inserted, the information to which we refer via the link was checked for illicit content and legal infringements. At the time the link was added, no illicit content was identified. We cannot be expected to check the content appearing via these links on an ongoing basis without a concrete indication that the law is being violated. Should it be brought to our attention that the linked pages are in violation of the law; the said links will be removed immediately.

VI. Right to Information/Deleting/Blocking

You have the right to request information about the data held about you at any time and to request for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted. Please submit your request to info@butterback.de or send it by post or telefax (see Imprint). All information can be deleted with the exception of data that is needed to complete outstanding tasks or to enforce our rights and claims, as well as data that we are required to store by law. In these instances, the said data will be blocked.
