Two longstanding members of the top management team, Axel Dirschner (Finance and Administration) and Ernst Stengel (Production and Purchasing), will be retiring mid-year. As a result, we are reorganising and expanding the Executive Committee, which will in future comprise five members.
Generational shift with clear responsibilities
Dr. Björn Kahler, already part of the previous 3-member Executive Committee, takes over as Managing Director and is responsible for the Sales Germany/Export and Marketing areas. At the same time, he continues to hold the post of Sales Director Germany.
Nina Windsheimer, in her position as HR Director, will henceforth be responsible for the Personnel and Quality Management areas.
The position of Plant Director is held by Katrin Schleicher. This includes responsibility for the entire factory and for Development & Product Management.
Jan Scherer, as Supply Chain Director, takes charge of Domestic Sales and Logistics, as well as IT.
As Finance Director, Marc Heß, who has been working at Wolf ButterBack since May of last year, is responsible for the areas of Controlling, Accounting and Purchasing.
