Bayernland eG, Nuremberg
Bayernland eG, which is based in Fürth and supplies us with fresh cream, clarified butter and cheese, is another supplier from the region.
Bayernland’s clarified butter is made at the butter dairy in Nuremberg and is used for our entire doughnut range. The cheese dairy in Nuremberg‘s harbour produces the Edam and Gouda cheese that is sprinkled on various snacks as well as the hard cheese used in the Ham and Cheese Croissant.
Bayernland’s production facilities are all located between Regensburg and Bayreuth which is no more than 130km away from Fürth.
