Our production facility has been certified by independent German testing institute TÜV SÜD since 2007 in compliance with the IFS (International Food Standard). In 2011, we were awarded IFS “higher level” certification achieving an impressive score of 98%, which we then went on to raise to 98.5% in 2012.
Until 2012, we were also certified every year by the BRC (British Retail Consortium) who awarded us Grade A certification, the highest level that can be achieved in this quality standard. Due to a change in the customer requirements for BRC, we have decided to focus solely on the IFS Standard. We are, therefore, no longer involved in the BRC certification process.
In 2009, we were the first company in our sector to be successfully awarded TÜV SÜD certification for excellent customer services in conjunction with maximum customer satisfaction.
As a member of the Oetker Gruppe, we likewise comply with the guidelines of the Dr. Oetker Food Standard.
